Privacy policy (draft)

We collect what Fixtrail needs: your email address and settings; your properties (by nickname and state); repair jobs, quotes, costs and notes; and what tenants send through a repair link (a description, optional photos, an optional first name and contact detail, and access notes).

We use it only to run the service: to show you your repairs, notify you of new requests and answer your requests in ChatGPT. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

When you connect ChatGPT, it can read and update your properties and jobs for you. Tenant contact details stay on this website and are not sent to ChatGPT.

Data is stored with Cloudflare. You can ask us to export or delete your account and data at any time.

We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
