Questions
Do my tenants need to download anything?
No. They open the link or scan the QR code, fill in a short form and add photos. That’s it.
Do I need ChatGPT?
No. Fixtrail works on its own in your browser. ChatGPT is a handy extra if you already use it.
Does it work in my state?
Yes, in every state and territory. Victorian properties use Victoria’s terms: rental provider and renter.
What happens to my data?
It’s stored securely and only used to run Fixtrail. Tenant contact details stay in Fixtrail and are never sent to ChatGPT.
I use an agent. Is this for me?
Fixtrail is built for landlords who manage their own rentals. Your agent will have their own system.
